Sales Representative

Overview

David’s Roofing Company is looking to add a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our Northwest Arkansas area sales team, reporting to our Fayetteville (Farmington) headquarters.

David’s Roofing Sales Representatives do NOT …

• have caps on commissions
• install roofs
• manage production
• have to generate all of your own leads.

David’s Roofing has an amazing production team to handle installation, allowing Sales Representatives to focus their efforts on serving assigned qualified leads generated by marketing, as well as generating their own funnel of clients over time to maximize earning potential. We set you up for success, your hard work and ability to close defines how much you win!

You WILL BE …

• trained by a best in class sales team
• supported by a marketing, lead intake, and management team
• provided a company vehicle, fuel card, and cell phone
• performing in-person inspections at customer’s homes and small businesses
• willing and able to climb on roofs to inspect damage
• generating estimates and consult customers on the right solution(s)
• ensuring the customer has an excellent experience with David’s team through job completion
• developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients generating repeat business and referrals
• tracking and communicating internally on David’s Roofing CRM tool
• attending and conducting outside sales activities (sales training, trade events, targeted canvassing, etc.) to build sales leads, engaging referral relationships, and representing David’s Roofing at select trade events
• operating with integrity

Job Type:  Full-time

Pay:  From $100,000.00 per year
